Tuti Turman, a young and image-conscious millionaire, spirals into despair when confronted with premature hair loss. In a twist of fate, his doorman embarks on a journey to their mystical hometown, renowned for its legendary waters said to possess miraculous properties. Intrigued by the rumors, Tuti accompanies him and discovers the enchanting waterfall firsthand. Inspired by the rejuvenating effects, Tuti sees an opportunity for a groundbreaking venture: a top-tier hair restoration center. However, his ambitions face formidable obstacles including the enigmatic Mayor Nemesio (“El Pibe” Valderrama), the staunch resistance of village leaders, the deep-rooted beliefs of the locals, and the magical allure of the waterfall personified in Santo Chapi, the Guardian of Good Hair and Prosperity.
