Without limitation to the foregoing, Bhakti Media makes no warranty or commitment, and does not make any representation of any kind that the platform will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible, or work with any other software, websites, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet performance or reliability standards, or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. Without limiting the foregoing, neither Bhakti Media nor any of Bhakti Media\u2019s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the platform, or the information, content, and materials or products included on it; (ii) that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the platform; or (iv) that the platform, its servers, the content, or emails sent from or on behalf of Bhakti Media are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs, or other harmful components. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or the limitation of certain legal rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some states\/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Divisibilidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Bhakti Media\u2019s failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. YOU AND Bhakti Media AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Renuncia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under this Agreement shall not affect a party\u2019s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of such right. The single or partial exercise of any right or power under this Agreement shall not preclude further exercise of that or any other right granted herein. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any purchase or other terms applicable, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
